PHOTO GUIDELINES

Choose a sharp, well-lit photo with your pet’s face and ears clearly visible. Photos taken near your pet’s eye level work especially well. Avoid heavy filters, blurry images, or accessories covering their features.

Please send a photo you took or have permission to use. Branded collars, sports logos, licensed costumes, and character accessories will be omitted from the portrait treatment. An alternate photo may be needed if these obscure your pet.

The listing images show a sample of our watercolor portrait style. Your ornament will feature a custom portrait based on your supplied photo, paired with our coordinating wreath personalization on the reverse.
